D. L. "Dan" Huntley brings over 28 years experience to the table to assist his clients in the area of common interest subdivisions (homeowner associations and condominiums). That experience has been used by attorneys, management companies, title companies, engineers, developers, boards of directors and committees for condominium and home owner associations.

An effective negotiator, Dan has excelled as a liaison between developer and associations during the transition process and also in providing high-quality solutions to today's problems surrounding associations and day-to-day operations.

Dan is a Reserve Specialist certified by the Community Association Institute (CAI) and a Professional Reserve Analyst certified by the Association of Professional Reserve Analysts (APRA). His expertise extends, but is not limited to assistance in budget preparation, reserve study preparation, asset management, and liaison between the developer and the association during the transition process. He is often called upon by the CAI and APRA to teach classes.
